 Unless a mistake made on my behalf, ALL Sales are FINAL but please feel free to contact me if you have any problems with in 5 days of receiving your order at Vibrantstitchstudio@gmail.com

Due to being a small business we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing or spelling errors. Please double check your order before placing it. I stitch based off the order form. 

All items are true to size unless stated otherwise. If you ordered something incorrectly please email me ASAP. This does not guarantee that I can update the order if I have already made the item.
